Samixir Product Portfolio
The product portfolio consists of hot, cold and iced beverage dispensers. Mehmet Ali Kakşi explains the content of the products as follows: “Our hot beverage dispenser keeps hot beverages such as salep, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, milk and soup with the ‘bain-marie’ method, mixes them homogeneously and distributes them. All metal parts are made of high quality stainless steel. Thanks to the ‘bain-marie’ water heating system, there is no water vapor loss, the water level is maintained, thus preventing the resistance from calcifying.”

Kakşi, who says that iced beverage dispensers are used for the production and distribution of iced beverages such as slush, granita, iced coffee, iced cappuccino, talks about the ‘Soup Bowl’ product that they have recently added to their product portfolio. He says that this product allows businesses of different sizes to present their soups in a healthy and stylish way; Kakşi, who states that it has become easy to present fluid soup without condensation or sticking to the bottom of the bowl with the heating system, adds: “Our closed bowl provides a hygienic and effective presentation.”
Sustainability Policy
Kakşi, who said that energy saving is at the forefront in Samixir’s new generation dispensers and that they have achieved 50 percent energy savings in cold drink dispensers, also emphasizes that the hygiene of beverage equipment is a very critical issue in terms of health. Kakşi, who touched on the fact that the equipment can be easily cleaned and maintained, underlined that they are sensitive about providing healthy beverage presentation.
