Hot Apple Cinnamon Drink

InstructIons
1. Cinnamon, cloves, and thinly sliced ginger are placed in a heat-resistant sealed container or steeping bag.
2. Hot water is added over them and, while covered, left to steep for 10–15 minutes.
3. Once steeping is complete, the mixture is strained until completely clear.
4. Apple juice is added to the strained aromatic water.
5. Honey is added and stirred until completely dissolved.
6. The prepared smooth mixture is transferred to the tank of the Samixir hot beverage machine.
7. The machine is operated at 65–70°C to maintain the serving temperature of the drink.
8. The drink is ready to serve once it reaches the ideal temperature.
• No solid ingredients should ever be added inside the machine. • All spices must be separated using a steeping bag or straining method. • For best results, the mixture should be made completely smooth before being transferred to the machine. • The product has a shelf life of approximately 1 day. • The stirring function should remain active during service.
